沈阳市青少年冬季血液25-OH—D3水平研究

25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level in Shenyang children in winter

目的了解沈阳地区青少年冬季整体血液维生素D状况。方法2011年10月至2012年2月之间，在沈阳市儿童医院儿保门诊体检的儿童558人，按照年龄分4组，应用液相色谱质谱法进行25-OH—D，测定。结果沈阳市冬季青少年儿童维生D缺乏仍然比较常见，尤其是6～9岁组小儿129（70．49％）血液25-OH—D3水平较低（为16．01±6．22ng／mL），维生素D缺乏率较婴幼儿期（28．50±13．89ng／mL）严重，t=6．2，P〈0．05。结论要继续加强儿童佝偻病防治工作，尤其应重视大年龄组儿童。

Objective To explore the blood vitamin D status in Shenyang children in winter. Methods Totally 558 children receiving physical examination in child health outpatient of Shenyang Children＇s Hospital from October 2011 to February 2012 were divided into 4 groups according to different ages, and the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 （25-OH-D3 ） levels were determined by the method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography（ HPLC ）. Results Vitamin D3 deficiency in Shenyang children in winter was still common, and the level was especially low in 129 school aged children （ aged 6-9, 70.49% , 16.01 -＋6.22ng/mL）. Compared with the situation in infants （ 28.50 ＋ 13.89ng/mL）, the Vitamin D deficiency was more severe （ t = 6.2 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The prevention of children＇ s rickets should be continuously strengthened, particularly for the large age children.
