摘要
简要介绍了以惰性气体为发泡剂的发泡注塑工艺过程,分析了以LabVIEW为开发平台的发泡注塑过程数据采集系统设计方案的特点。开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的计算机数据采集系统,实现了在"生产者—消费者"模式下对发泡注塑过程各参数,包括螺杆位移、主电机功率、熔体温度和压力等数据的采集。
The foam injection molding process with inert gas as foaming agent was introduced briefly. The scheme features of data acquisition system for foam injection molding with LabVIEW software were analyzed. Based on virtual instrument technology,a computer data acquisition system was developed, and the parameters of foam injection molding, including screw displacement, motor power, melt temperature and pressure were acquired with producer-consumer model.
