基于Moldflow智能控制电柜手柄注射模工艺参数的优化设计 被引量:7

摘要 运用注塑模具分析软件Moldflow对EDS2880智能控制电柜用手柄制件在注塑成型过程中的注塑翘曲变形工艺参数进行了优化。主要通过将UG创建的CAD模型导入CAE软件、进行网格划分和缺陷修改、按设计要求在Moldflow软件中创建浇注系统和冷却系统,并对其进行注射、保压、冷却、翘曲分析等注塑仿真试验,对各个试验环节结果进行分析。通过正交试验法安排注塑仿真试验,获得各种不同参数条件下塑件的翘曲变形量,将这些翘曲变形量进行极差分析排序,获得不同工艺参数影响塑件注塑翘曲变形的程度,最后按产生翘曲变形最小的原则进行工艺参数的组合,得出优化工艺参数,满足了客户需求。 In order to minimize the warpage of the ED52880 intelligent control cabinet handle,injection molding process was optimized by utilizing analysis software of Moldflow and orthogonal experment. The CAD models created by UG were introduced into Moldflow,the grid generation was completed and the defects were modified. According to the design,the gating system and cooling system were created, injection, packing pressure and cooling was simulated, and the warpage deformation was analyzed in the Moldflow software. The warping deformation of the plastic part were obtained under the conditions of various parameters with the orthogonal experment. Finally,the optimum process parameters were obtained by the principle of minimum warpage deformation were applied to actual production,and thus the design meet customer demand.
