摘要 钙-锌-水滑石复合热稳定剂是1种绿色稳定助剂。基于PVC/钙-锌-水滑石复合热稳定剂体系,采用转矩流变仪,探讨冲击改性剂CPE和ACR KM310、加工助剂ACR401、润滑剂PE蜡等对PVC/钙-锌-水滑石复合热稳定剂体系流变性能的影响。增加CPE或ACR KM310添加量,扭矩增大;ACR401对CPE抗冲配方的影响较大,而对ACRKM310抗冲配方的影响较小;PE蜡添加量低于1份时,主要起内润滑作用,但随添加量继续增加,PE蜡兼具内外润滑2种作用。 Ca-Zn-hydrotalcite thermal stabilizer was an environmental-friendly material. The effect of CPE, ACR KM310, ACR401 and PE wax on the rheological properties of PVC/Ca-Zn-hydrotalcite thermal stabilizer was investigated by using torque rheometer. The torque of PVC/Ca-Zn-hydrotalcite thermal stabilizer increased with CPE or ACR KM310 content. ACR401 exhibited great effect on the rheological properties of CPE recipe,but little effect on the rheological properties of ACR KM310 recipe. PE wax acted as internal lubrication when PE wax content was lower to 1 phr,but acted as internal and external lubrication with increasing PE wax content.
