上海超四成家庭由妻子管钱
Who the man or the woman -- holds the purse strings in your family？ That was one of the questions included in a recent nationwide survey by Horizon Research （one of China＇s largest institutes that conducts market research, public-opinion polling, policy analysis and intemal-enterprise research）. The survey＇s results indicated that East China＇s Shanghai Municipality ranked first in terms of wives controlling their families＇ finances; in more than 40 percent -- slightly higher than the national average of 38.4percent -- of Shanghai＇s families, the women managed their families＇ wealth.
