总结2012年我国农业机械化发展成效经验,准确把握农业机械化发展新形势新任务,提出推进农业机械化五个体系建设的战略重点与加快构建促进农业机械化发展的长效机制,明确2013年我国农业机械化发展重点工作。

On the basis of summarizing of the effectiveness and the experience of the development of China's agricultural mechanization and the main work in 2012,and grasping of the development of agricultural mechanization to the new situation and new tasks accurately,proposed strategic focus to promote the five system,accelerate the construction of a long-term mechanism to promote the development of agricultural mechanization,clearly the focus of the development of China's agricultural mechanization in 2013.
