摘要
为研究燃烧室几何形状对柴油机缸内燃烧过程及排放水平的影响,运用Fire软件对三种不同几何形状的燃烧室内的燃烧过程进行了三维数值模拟计算。计算结果表明,燃烧室的形状会影响缸内的速度场和混合气的形成,从而影响混合气的燃烧和NO、碳烟等排放物的生成,计算结果为柴油机的改进和优化提供了依据。
In order to investigate the influence of combustion chamber shape on the combustion process and exhaust emissions of diesel engine,the fire software was employed to simulate the combustion process in three different combustion chambers.The results show that the shape of combustion chamber effects the distribution of in-cylinder flow velocity and the formation of mixture.Therefore,the mixture combustion,NO and soot formation are influenced.The results provide theoretic guidance for the improvement and optimization of diesel engines.
