摘要 研究水酶法提取橡胶籽油的工艺,采用单因素试验分别研究了原料处理方式、选用酶的种类、酶解条件对游离油得率的影响。在此基础上,采用正交试验确定了最佳提取工艺,即固液比1∶4,酶解时间8 h,酶添加量0.5%,酶解温度50℃,pH 5.0,之后,在5 000 r/min下离心30 min,并对乳状液进行加热破乳分离油相,破乳条件为沸水浴加热10 min,然后在6 000 r/min下离心10 min。在此条件下橡胶籽油的得率为89.3%。采用水酶法得到的橡胶籽油色泽浅黄透明,气味芬芳。 The aqueous enzymatic extraction of oil from rubber seed was studied in this paper. The effects of pretreatment methods, enzyme type and dosage and processing technology on the yield of rubber seed oil were investigated by the single factor test. Then optimal processing parameters were established by the orthogonal test on the basis of single factor test and were described as follow:the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:4,reacting temperature was 50℃ and the reaction lasted 8 h, cellulase and β -glucanase were selected as working enzyme and the dosage was 0.5 g/100 g solution, the acidity of the solution was adjusted to pH 5.0. The solution was then centrifugated at 5 000 r/min for 30 rain continued by demulsification which was boiling water bath heating 10 rain followed by 6 000 r/min 10 rain centrifugation. Under these optimal conditions ,the yield of rubber seed oil was 89.3%. The rubber seed oil obtained by aqueous enzymatic method was transparent, pale yellow, and fragrance.
