小白杏杏仁油免疫调节及对S_(180)肉瘤抑制作用研究

Study on the Immunoregulatory Activities and the Inhibition Effect on S_(180) Sarcom of Xiao-Bai Apricot Almond Oil

研究新疆小白杏杏仁油对大鼠免疫调节作用及对S180肉瘤抑制作用。采用环磷酰胺诱导腹腔注射的方法建立免疫力低下大鼠模型,设立喂养对照组及体外细胞培养阴性对照组,通过酶联免疫吸附检测及细胞培养观察研究其免疫调节及对S180肉瘤抑制作用。新疆小白杏杏仁油可显著提高免疫力低下大鼠模型的脾脏指数(P<0.01)、胸腺指数(P<0.01)及肝脏指数(P<0.05);对大鼠血清中IgA、IgM、IgG及IL-12指标的改善程度达到较显著差异水平(P<0.01),IL-2和TNF-α指标的改善程度呈现显著差异水平(P<0.05),并对体外培养的S180肉瘤细胞具有明显地抑制作用。

To investigate the immunoregulatory activities and the inhibition effect on S180 sarcom of xiao - bai apricot almond oil. The rat model of immunosuppression was established by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophospha- mide, and the feeding control groups, including empty control group, model control group and sample test group, and cell vitro -culture groups were set up in this paper. The immunoregulatory activities and the inhibition effect on S180 sarcom of xiao -bai apricot almond oil were studied respectively by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay and cul- tured cell observation. Xiao - bai apricot almond oil could increase the spleen index （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the thymus index （P 〈 0. 01 ） and the liver index （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the expression levels of serum immunoglobulin and immune factors, such as IgA ,IgM ,IgG and IL -12 were improved greatly （P 〈0.01 ） , the expression levels of other immune factors, such as IL - 2 and TNF - α, were improved obviously（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the growth rate of S180 sarcom was inhibited noticeably by the apricot almond oil sample.
