马齿苋多糖对雏鸡生长性能、血液代谢激素和血脂的影响 被引量:17

Effects of Portulaca Oleracea Polysaccharide on Growth Performance,Blood Hormones Secretion and Serum Lipid of Chicken

摘要 选用60只28日龄雏鸡随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每重复3只,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组每天分别灌服0.5 mL质量浓度为2、20、40 mg/mL的马齿苋多糖(POP),连续给药7 d,对照组灌服等量生理盐水。分别于35、42、49日龄,每重复各取1只鸡,测定生长性能、血脂及血清激素指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,不同浓度的马齿苋多糖均能不同程度地提高雏鸡日增重,降低耗料量和料重比,以试验Ⅱ组(20 mg/mL)饲料转化率最高;血清T3、IGF-1及GH浓度升高,T4呈现降低的趋势,GHRH略有升高但差异不显著;不同浓度的POP试验组雏鸡血清TG、TC和LDL-C含量均呈现降低趋势,HDL-C和HDL-C/TC呈现不同程度的提高。从整个试验期来看,试验Ⅱ组降低雏鸡血清TG、TC和LDL-C含量及提高HDL-C的效果最好。说明,马齿苋多糖通过调控血液激素水平,提高雏鸡生长性能和饲料转化率,并具有一定的降血脂功效。 A total of 60 chickens aged 28 days were randomly divided into four groups with five replications, three chickens per replication. One control group were poured into normal saline and three trial groups ( trial I, II, and III) were poured into different level Portulaca oleracea polysaccharide (2,20,40 mg/mL POP) 0.5 mL respectively for 7 days. On 35,42 and 49 days old one chicken were selected randomly from each replication for determination of growth performance, serum lipid and hormones secretion. The results showed that compared with control group, the POP groups could elevate the average daily gain, reduce feed intake and feed/weight, and the feed conversion ratio of trial ]I (20 mg/mL) was the highest. The concentration of 33 ,IGF -1 and GH elevated and T4 reduced,GHRH ele- vated slightly and the difference was not significant. TG, TC and LDL - C in serum had trend to decrease, HDL - C and HDL - C/TC had showed up increase. Seeing from the whole trial, the effects of reducing TG, TC, LDL - C and elevating HDL - C were best in trial 11. In a word, POP can elevate growth performance and feed conversion ratio by regulating blood hormone levels, but furthermore POP has certain efficacy of reducing serum lipid.
