摘要
为研究灭火弹中心装药结构对灭火水剂抛撒作用的影响,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA仿真实验的方法,通过建立柱状装药结构和阶梯状装药结构两种灭火弹仿真模型进行仿真计算,并将两者的计算结果进行对比。分析显示:(1)阶梯状装药结构能使灭火水剂在径向上形成速度梯度,有利于浓度均匀的云雾的形成;(2)阶梯状装药模型中有70%的灭火水剂节点向下朝火焰根部抛撒,用于提高灭火效能,而柱状装药模型中只有50%。
In order to study the effect of center charge structure on fire extinguishing agent scatters, ANSYS/LS-DYNA simulation experiment method was adopted. By the calculation of the two types of simulation models, column charge structure and stepped charge structure simulation models the results were compared. The investigation showed that: First, stepped charged structure can make the agent forming velocity gradient in radial, and this is beneficial to the formation of uniform concentration cloud. Second, in stepped charge model there are 70% of fire extinguishing agent to improve fire extinguishing efficiency, but in column nodes scatters downward toward the flame root, used charge model there are only 50%.
