摘要
2011—2012年对长青自然保护区连香树进行种群分布调查与埋根育苗试验。结果显示:连香树多数成零星分布,发现陈学沟、天心窝大片母树群落,平均直径在20~26cm之间,平均高在13.5~17.0 m之间,主要分布在阔叶混交林内。选择与天然连香树近似的生态环境,在当地挖取树根,采用草木灰水剂和生根剂处理根段,林下埋根育苗试验,连香树繁殖成活率达82.7%,获得了珍稀濒危植物繁育新方法。提出了连香树人工繁殖扩大种群数量建议。
From 2011 to 2012 the author conducted technical tests on population distribution and buried root seedling of katsura tree in Changqing Nature Reserve. The results showed that katsura trees are mainly found in Chenxue ditch and the community of seed bearers is found in Tianxin ditch, which presented a sporadic distribution. The average diameter is between 20 - 26 cm and the average height is between, 13.5 and 17.0 meter, and mainly distributed in broadleaf mixed forest. We selected ecological environment similar to natural distribution and digged local roots, the broken root are protected with plant ash agent and IBA. The buried root seedling test achieved reproductive survival rate of 82.7% , gained new methods of rare and endangered plant breeding. The study finally put forward gardening promotion suggestions on ex-situ conservation and artificial breeding of katsura trees.
