促进医疗保险医用材料管理升级——南京市建设标准化、规范化、信息化医保医用材料中心数据库的实践

To Upgrade Medical Materials Management of Medical Insurance -The Nanjing's practice of building a Standard,Normative and Informative Central database of Materials for Medical Use.

医用材料费用在医疗费用中所占比重越来越大,但对医用材料的标准化、规范化和信息化管理在不少地区还是空白。南京医保从2005年开始,逐步建立和完善标准化、规范化、信息化基本医疗保险医用材料中心数据库,收集了近40000条医用材料信息,并与所有定点医疗机构的数据库实时共享、对接,建立了与临床医疗需求相适应的动态增补和完善机制,有利于进一步规范医疗行为,确保参保患者的医疗保障权益,提高医保结算效率和准确性。

Medical materials＇ expenses accounts more and more for the medical costs,but managements of medical materials＇ standardization,normalization and informatization in many areas are still blank.Since 2005 Nanjing has gradually established and perfected the standardized, classified and indexed basic medical center medical materials database, containing 40000 pieces of data. The database can be shared and connected to by all the designated medical institutions.By setting up a dynamic mechanism to meet clinical needs, then medical routines can be standardized further, with the benefit of protecting patient＇s rights whilst improving the settlement of medical insurance claims.
