高龄胃癌患者围手术期处理研究

Perioperative management for aged patients with carcinoma of stomach

目的探讨高龄胃癌患者围手术期处理。方法回顾性分析1997年6月～2012年6月期间收治的114例70岁以上胃癌患者的外科治疗资料。结果高龄胃癌患者常伴有梗阻、出血、并存病多(61%),肿瘤切除率为85%,术后并发症发生率29%,围手术期病死率为3%。结论高龄胃癌患者围手术期处理至关重要,对提高手术切除率、减少并发症、改善预后有积极意义。

Objective To investigate the perioperative management for the eldery patients with carcinoma of stomach. Methods The surgical treatment data of 114 cases with gastric carcinoma over 70-year-old from Jun 1997 to Jun 2012 were retrospectively studied. Results The aged patients with carcinoma of stomach often had obstruction, bleeding and the other diseases（61%）, the rate of carcinoma resection was 85%, the incidence of complications after operation was 29% and the peri- operational death rate was 3%. Conclusion Perioperative management is very important for aged patients with gastric carcino- ma to prove the resection rate, reduce complications and inpmve prognosis.
