摘要
文章重点分析比较了盾构法隧道下穿既有地铁隧道的施工方案,详细介绍了四项施工关键技术;解决了盾构下穿过程中尽早达到土压平衡的难题,从而可有效控制既有隧道的结构变形,使盾构隧道安全通过。
The eastern extension of the Shenzhen metro line 2 was constructed using a shield machine that passed through the existing operating metro line 4 within a distance of 6.542m; the shield launching at the end of the section traveling from the Futian Station to the Civic Center Station is only 1.841m away from the left line of the bottom of the lining structure. Additionally, it is 1.9m from the reinforced soil body at the launching end along the shield tunnel. This paper introduces the construction scheme of this shield tunnel beneath an existing metro tunnel.
