摘要
当前大学生就业难问题严峻,但是却有人"有业不就"。文章运用理性选择理论分析发现:物质资本、人力资本和社会资本对"有业不就"有着一定的影响;毕业生出于经济利益、工作满足及情感满足等目的而选择"有业不就";当前的户籍制度和雇佣制度制约着高校毕业生的行动。高校毕业生"有业不就"是一种理性行动。
Currently a high rate of unemployment is observed among university graduates, but there are some university graduates who are "unemployed with job opportunity ". Based on the rational choice theory, this paper finds that the material capital, human capital, and social capital have certain influence on their staying "unemployed with job opportunity". For the purpose of maximizing economic benefits, job satisfaction, and emotional satisfaction, these graduates choose to be "unemployed with job opportunity". It is to be noted that the current household registration system and employment system sometimes function to restrict the college graduates'choices of action. All in all, the university graduates "staying "unemployed with job opportunity" is a kind of rational action.
