《钱注杜诗》王士禛部分评语著作权属邵长蘅之考论(上)

Research on the Copyright of Some of Wang Shizhen's Commentaries on Qian Qianyi'Annotation of Du Fu's Poetry(Part I)

王士禛评点《钱注杜诗》的杜诗评语与邵长蘅的杜诗评语基本相同,将二人杜诗评语全部辑录进行比较,根据《钱注杜诗》卷十一末朱笔书曰"乙未二月望月系毕"一语以及邵长蘅与宋荦的密切关系,对王士禛杜诗评语进行厘定考证,得出了《钱注杜诗》中王士禛的杜诗评语是佚名所录而成,且归属权实属邵长蘅的结论。杜诗评点出现文献混淆的原因,首先在于杜诗评点发展到清代,评点家甚多,集评本辑录数名家之评语,难免混淆;各种杜诗评点版本的评语本身常被借来借去,便出现了假冒现象。其次是邵长蘅杜诗评点具有独到之处,评点本又未刊刻示于公众,故会邵冠王戴。此外,评点者以王士禛之名势来提升《钱注杜诗》版本的传播价值。
