网络时代基层党组织执政方式创新的对策与建议

Reflections on the Innovation of the Governance of CPC's Basic-Level Organizations

网络技术的出现及广泛应用,使中国共产党的执政环境发生了巨大的变化,也必然导致中国共产党的执政方式深刻的变革。基层党组织在中国共产党的整个组织体系中起着承上启下的作用。为此,基层党组织必须大力提升党员和领导干部运用网络技术的能力;加快推进基层党建信息化的建设速度,创新基层党建工作新模式;加紧提升网络舆论的引导能力;不断创新社会管理模式。

The emergence and extensive employment of network technology brings about the changes of CPC＇s ruling environment,and leads definitely to the deep-going transformation of CPC＇s ruling mode. In the whole organizational system of CPC, the basic-level organizations link the preceding and following. Therefore,the basic-level organizations are obliged to increase Party leaders and members＇ capability of u- sing network technology~ to accelerate the informatization and create new patterns of the Party construc- tion;to promote the guiding ability of network public opinions intensively^and to bring forth new modes of social management continuously.
