摘要
主要以莆田学院为例,通过问卷调查了解地方高校人力资源管理专业毕业生的就业情况、学生对工作状况和用人单位对人力资源管理专业学生的素质要求与评价,在此基础上,从人才培养定位、专业课程设置与教学方法选择、实践教学体系设计与师资培养等方面,提出提升地方高校人力资源管理专业建设水平的若干建议。
This essay takes Putian University as an example, through a questionnaire survey, to find out the employment situation of human resource management graduates from the local university, and to understand the employers' requirements and evaluation for students majored in human resource management. Based on these, the essay gives suggestions to promote the professional level of building human resource management of local universities, mainly from positioning of talent cultivation, curriculum setting, choice of teaching methods, design of practical teaching system, teacher training and other aspects.
