摘要
提出一种用于超声电火花复合加工的压电振子,并对该振子进行研究。使用有限元分析方法对该压电振子进行计算,通过对压电振子的结构参数动态优化,使其具有合适的纵振模态和频率、驱动端具有较大振幅、陶瓷片和安装盘位于合适位置,从而满足超声电火花复合加工要求。最后进行压电振子动态特性实验,分析结果与实验结果基本符合。
A piezoelectric vibrator for ultrasonic EDM compound processing is presented and studied. The piezoelectric vibrator is calculated by FEM. The structure of piezoelectric vibrator using longitudinal mode is optimized. As a result appropriate longitudi- nal mode and frequency of piezoelectric vibrator are achieved, the place of piezoelectric ceramic is optimized, and the displace- ment amplitude of longitudinal vibration is magnified. The results meet the needs of ultrasonic EDM compound processing. Final- ly, dynamic characteristics of the piezoelectric vibrator is tested. The results of experiment are accord with that of FEM analysis.
