摘要
槽式太阳能聚光器支架结构是太阳能热发电系统中聚光器组的主要承载部件,为了在产品设计阶段寻求最佳设计方案,运用有限元软件Hyperworks中的Optistruct模块,以柔顺度为目标,以体积为约束条件,对单工况下的支架结构进行优化设计。根据拓扑优化的结果并结合生产经验,设计出新结构,最后用ABAQUS软件对新结构进行有限元分析。结果表明,优化后的支架性能在多方面均有所提高,对提高产品质量、缩短设计周期有重要作用,一定程度上也减少了企业的生产成本,为企业带来一定的经济效益。
The trestle structures based on parabolic trough solar concentrator are the main load bearing components of the con- denser group in the solar power generating system. In order to explore an optimum design scheme during the product design, the trestle structures under single work condition are optimized taking the flexibility as the goal and the volume as the constraint con- dition by using the Optistruct module of the Hyperworks. A new structure is designed according to the results of the topology opti- mization combined with production experience and finally analysed by the software ABAQUS. The results show that the trestle properties are improved in many aspects after optimization and will play an important role in improving product quality and short- ening the design cycle. Therefore, the production cost will be reduced and economic benefits will be brought to the enterprise.
