摘要
盘形悬式绝缘子钢脚的优化对于降低高压输电线路的工程造价具有重要意义;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对绝缘子钢脚头部进行优化,根据优化结果对钢脚试制并胶装绝缘子后,对其进行机电拉伸破坏负荷试验;通过优化,钢脚头部尺寸有所减小,优化后的钢脚可节约钢材25.12g,且通过机电拉伸破坏负荷试验进一步证明了优化结果的可行性。
The optimization of the cap and pin insulator' s pin is of great significance for reducing the project cost of high voltage transmission lines ;the insulator' s pin head was optimized by the finite element analysis software ANSYS,trialed the pin based on optimization results, and with plastic insulator electrical and tensile failure load experiment to verify the feasibility of optimization results ;by the optimization, the pin head size has been reduced, the optimized pin can save steel 25.12g, electrical and mechani- cal destruction of the load experiment further proved the feasibility of the optimization results.
