关注内在需求,重塑社区中心空间——基于“新农村、新邻里”建设背景下的农村社区中心设计研究(浙江)

Focus on Intrinsic Demand, Reshape the Community Center Space: The Rural Community Center Design Based on the Construction Background of "the New Countryside and New Neighborhood" (Zhejiang)

近年来,新农村"村转社区"改建工程快速推进,农村社区正在各地涌现出来,但是,其中的社区中心大都照搬城市小区活动中心模式,打乱了农村原有"组织结构",使得本该成为村民文化交流中心的活动场所形成了不同程度的"空间缺失"。该文从关注内在需求角度出发,重塑农村社区中心空间,在建筑设计上充分考虑承接传统宗族文化,复合新兴功能,延续集体记忆场所,丰富环境空间层次,整合村落规划脉络,以力求农村社区中心环境回归人文和谐。

In recent years, the rebuilding project of ＂village turn community＂ is rapid propulsion, Rural community is emerging around, however, most of the community center copy the mode of the community activity center in the city, disturb the rural ＂organization structure＂, make activity places to form the different degree of ＂space absence,＂ which should have become the villagers cultural center. The article starting from the angle of attention to internal demand, remodeling community center space. In architecture design, we should undertake the traditional culture fully, composite emerging function, continue place of collective memory, rich environment space level, integrate planning context of village, strive to environmental of rural community center to be regression humanistic harmonious.
