黑龙江地区61家医院2011年抗菌药物应用品种分析

Analysis of the Species of Antibacterial Agents in 61 Hospital from Heilongjiang Area in 2011

目的:评价黑龙江地区医院抗菌药物的应用情况。方法:采用回顾性方法,对黑龙江地区61家三级医院2011年的抗菌药物应用情况进行分类汇总分析。结果:该地区医院共应用18类抗菌药物,涉及148个品种,品种数列前3位的分别为头孢菌素类(24.32%)、青霉素类(16.22%)、喹诺酮类(10.13%);阿奇霉素、头孢氨苄的品规出现次数为78、59,分别是注射剂与口服剂药品目录品规出现次数最多的2种药;阿奇霉素的规格数居首位;21家医院对头霉素的遴选购进超过2个品规。结论:控制抗菌药物应用品种、品规数目,有助于临床合理用药;该地区专科医院存在抗菌药物应用级别过高、品规数超限情况;头孢菌素类、青霉素类、喹诺酮类药临床需求量较大,但存在滥用情况,需引起重视。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the utilization of antibacterial agents in hospitals from Heilongjiang area. METHODS： By retrospective method, the utilization of antibacterial agents in 61 third-grade hospitals from Heilongjiang area were classified and analyzed. RESULTS： A total of 18 kinds of antibacterial agents were used, involving 148 varieties of antibacterial agents. Top 3 antibacterial agents in the list of varieties were cephalosporins （24.32%）, penicillins （16.22%） and quinolones （10.13%）. The frequencies of azithromycin and cefalexin were 78 and 59, respectively. They also ranked the first 2 places in specification of injection and oral drug list. Azithromycin took up the first place of specification; more than 2 specifications of cephamycin were selected by 21 hospitals. CONCLUSIONS： Variety and specification control of antibacterial agents contribute to rational use of drugs in the clinic. Antibacterial agents in parts of the specialized hospitals are used in a high level and the product specifications are out of limit. Cephalosporins, penicillins and quinolones are widely used in the clinic but there is still drug abuse, to which great importance should be attached.
