摘要患者男，83岁，因间断恶心、呕吐2个月，晕厥1次，胸闷憋气2d入院。2个月前无诱因恶心呕吐，胃镜检查示“反流性食管炎”，经治疗好转。2d前突发晕厥，半分钟后意识恢复，并出现胸闷、憋气、烦躁不安，含服硝酸甘油无效，
