摘要
康有为《孔子改制考》进呈本以章学诚《文史通义》一书为论敌,通过对三代文明的重新评价,否定章氏抬举周公为文明"集大成者"和作为权力掌控人主导"治教合一、官师无二"状态的宗旨,及其"有德无位,即无制作之权"的观点;通过强调孔子以布衣身份创教改制的论述,揭示"德高于位"、"道尊于势"的素王制法论,进而树立孔子作为仲裁者的"治教合一"的政治理想。
Taking Zhang Xue-cheng as opponent in debate,and through revaluation of the civilization of the Three Dynasties,Kang You-wei denied Zhang's ideological principles in his Generalities of Literature and History,i.e.nobody could institute rules except the monarch;and the virtue only could not be empowered.Kang You-wei,on the contrary,with emphasis on the fact that Confucius instituted rules and reformed system as common people,brought up the theory of Confucius making the law and founded a political ideal that Confucius guided the unity of education and governance.
