摘要
本实验结果表明,不同浓度Cr^(3+)(10μg/L~10g/L)在体外均能增强高脂血症大鼠血浆卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶(LCAT)和肝内皮细胞脂酶(HEL)活性,其作用随Cr^(3+)浓度增高而增强。低、中等浓度Cr^(3+)能加强心脏、脂肪组织和骨骼肌等的脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)作用,尤以中等浓度更为明显,但高浓度却抑制上述组织的LPL活性。
Chromium (Cr^(3+)) at various concentrations (10 μg/L-10 g/L) stimulated LCAT and HEL activitiesin vitro which was more obvious as Cr^(3+) Concentration increased. At low and medium concentration,especially at medium concentration, it activated LPL (heart, skeletal muscle and adipose tissue)activity. But at high concentration it inhibited LPL activity.
