对青岛德占时期建筑外表皮风格进行了研究,总结了与原型建筑外表皮风格的差异,指出德式建筑对青岛近代建筑有着紧密的联系,对它的研究可以更好地认识青岛近代建筑。

The paper undertakes the research on the exterior skin styles of buildings during German Occupation Period in Qingdao, sums up its differences with the one of the stereotype buildings, and points out the intimate relationship between German buildings and modern buildings of Qingdao, so as to have better understanding of modern buildings in Qingdao.
