试论新农村规划的背景和发展方向

Discussion on the background and development direction of new rural planning

在分析了当前城市规划存在问题的基础上,探讨了今后城市规划的重点,并提出新农村规划应作为城市规划的一种发展模式,结合新农村规划的宏观背景,指出新农村规划应遵循的原则和重点,为构成和谐社会提供一些理论依据。

On the basis of analyzing on existed problems in current city planning, this paper discussed the future city planning focuses, and put forward the new rural planning should be used as a development model of city planning, combining with the macro background of new rural planning, pointed out that the principles and priorities should follow in new rural planning, provided some theoretical basis for constructing harmonious society.
