摘要
研究了17-4PH马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢热处理后的组织结构和性能,其中重点研究了热处理工艺对不锈钢拉伸性能的影响。结果表明,经时效处理后,马氏体不锈钢的组织主要为淬火马氏体,材料的硬度和强度明显提高,其中经460℃时效处理4 h后的试样的硬度和强度最高,硬度可达46 HRC,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为1419 MPa和1281 MPa,且拉伸断口形貌主要为准解理断口。
Microstructure and tensile properties of 17-4PH martensitic stainless steel after heat treatment were investigated. The results show that the microstructure of 17-4PH martensitic stainless steel solution and aged is mainly the quenched martensite, the hardness as well as tensile properties of the steel are improved obviously after treatment. When aged at 460℃ for 4 h, the steel has the highest hardness, tensile stress and yield stress, and the corresponding hardness, tensile stress and yield stress are 46 HRC, 1419 MPa and 1281 MPa, respectively.
