摘要
按照不同共渗工艺参数,分别对38CrMoAl钢试样进行喷砂预处理离子氮碳氧硫共渗复合处理和离子氮碳氧硫共渗处理。结果表明,喷砂预处理离子氮碳氧硫共渗复合工艺有利于缩短共渗时间和降低共渗温度;在相同的共渗介质与共渗参数下,喷砂预处理离子氮碳氧硫共渗复合处理的表面硬度可达913 HV0.2,渗层厚度大约为0.33 mm,比离子氮碳氧硫共渗分别增加了35%和43%;经喷砂预处理离子氮碳氧硫共渗复合处理后耐腐蚀性增加。
Plasma oxy-sulpho-nitrocarburizing experiments with and without shot-blasting pretreatment were carried out on 38CrMoAI steel. The results show that the complex process of shot-blasting pretreatment and plasma oxy-sulpho-nitrocarburizing is more conducive to shorten the total oxy-sulpho-nitrocarburizing time and reduce the temperature; under the same processing parameters, the surface hardness treated by the complex process is up to 913 HV0.2, the layer depth is about 0.33 mm, respectively increased by 35% and 43% than that of the single oxy-sulpho-nitrocarburizing. The results also show that the complex process enhances the corrosion resistance of the 38CrMoA1 steel samples.
