15-5PH马氏体沉淀硬化不锈钢的最佳固溶保温时间 被引量:10

摘要 从保证零件热处理性能、优化现场工艺的可执行性方面考虑,采用检测15-5PH不锈钢固溶后晶粒度及自由铁素体含量、时效后力学性能等指标的方法,对不同保温时间的固溶时效处理进行试验对比。结果表明,保温时间过短时,自由铁素体含量>2%,存在固溶不充分的风险,应避免选取最短保温时间。 Considering the heat treatment performance and optimizing process enforceability, effect of different solution holding time on microstructure and mechanical properties of 15-SPH stainless steel was investigated by detecting the grain size and the free ferrite content after the solution treatment and measuring the mechanical properties after aging. The results show that when the holding time is too short, the free ferrite content is more than 2%, and there is the risk of inadequate solution treatment, so the shortest holding time should be avoided.
