哈密球团厂降低膨润土单耗的实践

摘要 哈密球团厂通过对进厂铁精矿实施分类堆放、分别切取;对膨润土优选后进行采购,增设钠化改性流程;同时采取精确配料,加强标准化操作等一系列措施,使膨润土单耗从2008年的28.86 kg/t降到2011年的8.47 kg/t,最好指标甚至达到6.45 kg/t,居国内球团行业最好水平。 In Hami pelletizing plant,the classified stacking and respective reclaiming of incoming iron ore concentrate were conducted,and the bentonite was purchased after being selected, and the sodium modification process was added. At the same time, by taking a series of measures including accurate proportioning and strengthening standard operation, the unit consumption of bentonite was reduced from 28.86 kg/t in year 2008 to 8.47 kg/t in year 2011 ,and the best index is even up to 6.45 kg/ t, which is the best level in domestic pelletizing industry.
