摘要
通过对环冷机上烧结矿冷却过程进行数值仿真分析,以提高余热综合利用率为目标,研究了冷却过程运行参数对烧结矿余热利用的影响,并通过正交实验找到了烧结矿余热利用率最优的冷却过程运行参数组合。
Through numerical simulation analysis of sinter coohng process of circular cooler, with the target of increasing the comprehensive thermal utilization, the influence of cooling process operation parameters on waste heat utilization of sinter was studied,and a complete set of cooling process operation parameters with the optimal waste heat utilization of sinter cooling was found out through the orthogonal test.
