电针对阿尔茨海默病大鼠海马PKC和GDNF表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨电针对阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer′s disease,AD)大鼠海马蛋白激酶C(protein kinaseC,PKC)和胶质细胞源性神经营养因子(glial cell line-derived neurotrophic factor,GDNF)表达的影响。方法 Morris水迷宫筛选40只健康Wistar大鼠随机分4组。正常组不给予任何处理,其余3组大鼠采用链脲霉素(STZ)所致AD模型,造模后模型组不治疗,电针组针刺双肾俞、双太溪、双足三里、百会、大椎等穴位治疗,西药组氢溴酸加兰他敏灌胃,疗程为4周。免疫组化法检测PKC和GDNF的表达。结果免疫组化显示模型组大鼠PKC和GDNF表达减少,电针组和西药组大鼠表达增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针可能通过对AD大鼠海马PKC和GDNF表达增强的影响,对神经元起到保护作用。 Objective To study the effect that electroacupuncture have on expression of PKC and GDNF in hippocampus of rats with Alzheimer's disease. Methods Forty healthy wistar rats were screened by the Morris water maze, then they were divided into four groups. The normal group was watered and fed routinely, never given any other treatment. The remaining 3 groups of rats were offered with AD model induced by STZ, and the model group was not given any treatment after using the model. The electro-acupuncture group was used by double shenyu, double creek, double su- sanli, baihui, dazhui after being AD modeled. The western medicine group was treated by galanth-amine hydrobromide intragastric administration for 4 weeks. After treatment, immunohisto-chemistry was used to test the expression of rats' hippocampus PKC and GDNF. Results The expression of rats' hippocampus PFC and GDNF in the model group was obviously decreased by immunohistochemistry; The expression of rats' hippocampus PFC and GDNF in the western medicine group and electric acupuncture group were obviously improved, the difference was statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Electroacupuncture may protect neurons by enhanced expression of rats' hippocampus PKC and GDNF.
