COX-2与VEGF在子宫内膜增生症及子宫内膜癌的表达及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨COX-2与VEGF在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的意义。方法采用免疫组化的方法检测100例子宫内膜癌,90例子宫内膜增生症,30例正常增生期内膜中COX-2与VEGF的表达。结果 COX-2在正常增生期内膜无表达,VEGF在正常子宫内膜中有偶见少量弱阳性表达,COX-2与VEGF在子宫内膜增生症中的三种组织类型单纯性、复杂性及不典型中的表达逐渐增高(P<0.05),COX-2与VEGF在子宫内膜癌中的表达明显高于子宫内膜增生症及正常子宫内膜(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2与VEGF在子宫内膜癌的发生发展中可能起到促进作用。 Objective To explore the influence of COX-2 and VEGF in endometrial carcinoma in the development . Methods Expression of COX-2 and VEGF was examined by immunohistochemistryin 100 cases endometrial adeno-carcinomas, 90 cases endometrial hyperplasias and 30 cases normal endometrial. Results COX-2 had no expression in normal proliferative endometrium, occasionally a small amount weakly positive expression of VEGF in normal en- dometrium, three tissue types of COX-2 and VEGF in endometrial hyperplasia, simple, complex and atypical in the expression gradually increased (P 〈 0.05), COX-2 and VEGF expression in endometrial cancer was significantly higher than that of endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrial (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF may play a role in promoting the development of endometrial cancer.
