低分子肝素对维持性血液透析患者血脂代谢的影响研究

Influence research of low molecular weight heparin on lipid metabolism of patients with maintenance hemodialysis

目的探讨低分子肝素对维持性血液透析患者血脂代谢的影响。方法选取本院2010年12月～2012年5月行维持性血液透析患者37例,根据用药分为两组,18例患者使用普通肝素为对照组,19例患者使用低分子肝素为观察组,治疗6个月,分析患者的血脂。结果治疗后,对照组三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白均明显升高,对照组胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白均明显降低,观察组三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白均明显降低,观察组高密度脂蛋白显著升高,观察组三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白均明显低于对照组,观察组胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白明显高于对照组。结论低分子肝素可显著改善维持性血液透析患者的血脂代谢,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the influence of low molecular weight heparin on lipid metabolism of patients with maintenance hemodialysis. Methods Thirty-seven patients with maintenance hemodialysis were selected in our hospital from December 2010 to May 2012. According to medication, patients were divided into two groups. 18 patients used unfractionated heparin as control group. 19 patients used low molecular weight heparin as observation group. Treatment for 6 months. The serum lipid was analyzed. Results After treatment, TG, LDL significantly increased while TC, HDL significantly reduced in control group. TG, TC, LDL significantly reduced while HDL significantly increased in observation group. TG, LDL in observation group were significantly lower than that of control group. TC, HDL in observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin can significantly improve lipid metabolism of patients with maintenance hemodialysis, which has important clinical value.
