奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的疗效观察

Effect observation of octreotide associated with ulinastatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis

目的探讨奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法将知情本研究的84例患者随机分为观察组和对照组(各42例),观察组在常规治疗的基础上应用奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗,对照组在常规治疗的基础上单用奥曲肽治疗。结果观察组总有效率为97.6%,明显优于对照组的总有效率83.3%,两组总有效率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用奥曲肽联合乌司他丁治疗急性胰腺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To probe into the clinical effect of octreotide associated with ulinastatin in treatment of acute pancreatitis. Method Eighty four witting patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （n = 42）. The patients of the observation group were treated by octreotide associated with ulinastatin on the basis of the conventional treatment. The patients of the control group were treated by simple octreotide on the basis of the conventional treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6%, which was obviously better than that of the control group, namely 83.3%, the difference in the total effective rate between two groups had statisti- cal significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Octreotide associated with ulinastatin is effective in treatment of acute pancreatitis. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
