恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

Clinical observation of Entecavir dispersible tablets in treatment of chronic hepatitis B

目的探讨恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。方法选取2010年1月～2011年1月本院收治入院的慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗患者90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组采用恩替卡韦分散片治疗,对照组采用恩替卡韦片治疗,监测两组治疗前后的血清HBV-DNA对数值,并比较两组治疗后的HBV-DNA完全抑制率、ALT复常率及HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率。结果治疗3、6、12个月后,两组HBV-DNA对数值均较治疗前显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3、6、12个月后,观察组HBV-DNA完全抑制率、ALT复常率及HBeAg/HBeAb血清转换率均优于对照组,但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论恩替卡韦分散片治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床效果显著,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of entecavir dispersible tablets for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Ninety patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group, observation group were used entecavir dispersible tablets, control group were used entecavir tablets, serum HBV-DNA values before and after treatment were detected, and after treatment, HBV-DNA completely inhibited rate, rate of ALT normalization and HBeAg/ HBeAb seroconversion rates between two groups were compared. Results After 3, 6, 12 months treatment, serum HBV-DNA values of two groups were significantly decreased than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）; but between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. After 3, 6, 12 months treatment, the HBV-DNA completely inhibited rate, rate of ALT normalization and HBeAg/HBeAb seroconversion rate of observation group were better than those of control group, but the difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Entecavir dispersible tablets in treatment of chronic hepatitis B has significant clinical effect and no serious adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical use.
