580例不同年龄小儿脑瘫的康复护理效果评价

Effect evaluation of rehabilitation nursing on 580 cases of different age groups of children with cerebral palsy

目的探讨和分析不同年龄小儿脑瘫经过临床康复护理治疗后的效果。方法对本院康复科收治的小儿脑瘫患者全部应用运动疗法、作业疗法、语言疗法、药物治疗等综合性康复护理手段。结果本组580例患者中,治愈90例,显效278例,有效146例,无效66例,总有效率为88.6%。结论采用康复护理及家长协同康复训练治疗小儿脑瘫效果显著,提高了患儿的生活质量。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of the clinical rehabilitation on cerebral palsy in children of different ages. Methods Exercise therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, drug therapy and combined means of rehabilitation care were used on those children with cerebral palsy who were treated in the rehabilitation department of our hospital. Results Of this group of 580 patients, 90 cases were cured, 278 cases were obviously effective, 146 cases were effective, 66 cases were ineffective, with a total efficiency of 88.6%. Conclusion Clinical data prove that the rehabilitation care massage and family collaboration rehabilitation have obvious treatment effect, and improve the quality of life in children.
