240例严重颅脑外伤患者治疗管道的护理

Nursing of treatment pipelines in 240 patients with severe traumatic brain injury

目的总结严重颅脑外伤患者各种治疗管道的护理经验。方法对240例严重颅脑外伤患者1226条治疗管道的护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者的各种治疗管道中发生并发症27条次,占2.2%。结论熟练掌握各类管道的护理能大大减少严重颅脑外伤患者的并发症,明显提高治愈率。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of all kinds of treatment pipelines in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Methods The clinical nursing materials of 1 226 treatment pipelines in 240 patients with severe traumatic brain injury were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 27 pipelines occured complications in the patients of all the kinds of treatment pipelines, which accounted for 2.2%. Conclusion The nursing of all kinds of treatment pipelines can greatly decrease complications of patients with severe traumatic brain injury, and significantly improve the cure rate.
