摘要 目的探讨风险管理在护理临床带教中应用的效果。方法将2009年4月~2010年3月进入本院实习的75名护理实习生作为对照组,实施常规的带教模式进行带教;将2010年4月~2011年3月进入本院实习的78名护理实习生作为观察组,在常规带教模式的基础上融入风险管理,对比实施风险管理前后护理实习生的知信行(KAP)问卷得分情况,以及护理缺陷、投诉事件、血源性暴露发生例数等情况。结果实施风险管理后,观察组护理实习生的KAP问卷得分较对照组显著增高;护理缺陷、投诉事件、血源性暴露发生例数明显减少。结论实施风险管理后,有利于提高护理实习生的风险意识,减少护理风险事件的发生,提高临床教学质量,确保临床护理工作安全。 Objective To investigate the effect of risk management application in clinical nursing teaching. Methods Seventy five nurse students studied in our hospital from April 2009 to March 2010 were collected as the control group, who were accepted nursing teaching in conventional teaching mode; seventy eight nurse students studied in our hospital from April 2010 to March 2011 were collected as the observation group, who were accepted conventional nursing teaching and risk management education. The factors of the scores of risk related knowledge-attitude-practice (KAP) questionnaire and the incidence cases of nursing defect, complaint and blood exposure were compared in two groups. Results The KAP questionnaire scores of nursing students in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group after the risk management education; the incidence cases of nursing defect, complaint and blood exposure were obviously decreased in observation group. Conclusion The risk management enforcement on nursing students is helpful to raise risk awareness, reduce nursing risk events, improve the quality of clinical teaching, and ensure the safety of nursing care of the nursing students.
