胃肠肿瘤外科手术疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of gastrointestinal tumor surgery

目的探索胃肠肿瘤的临床特点，并对手术治疗效果进行分析。方法以本院2008年10月～2011年10月行外科手术的胃肠肿瘤患者为研究对象，对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组研究胃肠肿瘤患者临床多表现为腹痛、腹胀及消化道出血，本组28例患者均实时根治性手术治疗，12例患者病情复发并再次进行手术，进行为期1～4年的随访，死亡患者5例。结论由于胃肠肿瘤缺乏显著性临床特征，术前确诊率不高，在临床治疗中，应首先进行良恶性肿瘤判别，再选择科学的手术方式，综合分析对于提高胃肠肿瘤确诊率具有积极意义。采取手术切除治疗是目前治疗胃肠道肿瘤首选方式，治愈率情况比较理想。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical characteristics of gastrointestinal tumors and the effects of surgical treatment. Methods Patients with gastrointestinal tumors treated with surgery in our hospital from October 2008 to October 2011 were analyzed by clinical data statistics retrospectively. Results Most patients in this research of gastrointestinal tumors had clinical symptoms as abdominal pain, bloating and gastrointestinal bleeding. 28 patients in our research all went radical surgery in real time. 12 patients relapsed and went surgery again. Follow-up 1 year to 4 years were conducted, which showed 5 patients died. Conclusion Because of the lack of significant clinical characteristics in gastrointestinal tumors, preoperative diagnosis rate is not high. In clinical practice, we should firstly discriminate of benign and malignant tumors, then select the right way of surgery. A comprehensive analysis is of positive significance to improve the rate of diagnosis to gastrointestinal tumors. Surgical resection is the first choice in the treatment of gastrointestinal tumors with a relative ideal cure rate.
