多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗PICC所致静脉炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of multi -sulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream in the treatment of phlebitis caused by PICC

目的探讨多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗PICC并发静脉炎的效果。方法将并发静脉炎患者分为实验组和对照组。实验组用多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗,对照组利用传统方法进行治疗,对两组患者的临床症状、消失时间、PICC管留置时间进行比较。结果试验组患者临床消失时间短,留置时间明显长于对照组,患者整体满意度高。结论多磺酸黏多糖乳膏治疗PICC并发静脉炎效果肯定,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of muhi-sulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream in the treatment of phlebitis caused by PICC. Methods The patients with phlebitis were divided into experimental group and control group. 20 patients of experimental group were treated with muhi-sulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream and patients of control group were treated with traditional methods, two groups were compared in clinical symptoms disappear time and PICC retention time. Results Compared with patients of control group, clinical disappeared time was shorter, the retention time was significantly longer, the degree of overall satisfaction was higher in those of experimental group. Conclusion It is positive that multi-sulfonic acid mucopolysaccharide cream in the treatment of phlebitis caused by PICC, so it is certainly worthy of clinical application.
