摘要
通过对东庞矿选煤厂无压重介系统实施选前预脱泥工艺技术改造前后的各个工艺技术指标参数对比分析,得出经过选前预脱泥后不但重介旋流器的分选精度、数量效率大大提高而且介质消耗和中煤中-1.45含量都大幅度降低的优点的结论。
Through the comparative analysis of technical indicator parameters of the no-ressure dense medium system before and after the implementation of desliming technological improvement in Dongpang Mine Preparation Coal Plant, the paper found that through pre-desliming before selection, the sorting accuracy and number efficiency of dense medium cyclone were greatly improved and the media consumption and -1.45 content in coal were significantly reduced.
