摘要 配电网规划在电力系统规划中占据重要地位,合理可靠的规划设计可以提高电能输送效率、减少能源浪费。但是配电网规划与规划地点实际情况密切相关,目前还没有统一的理论和方法来实现配电网优化规划。鉴于此,本文综合考虑配电网的安全可靠性、经济性、高效性和抗灾变以及抗干扰性,提出了一套以因地制宜为指导原则的配电网规划优化设计方法,并详细介绍了该设计方法的内涵,以期能够为我国配电网规划优化设计提供理论与技术指导。 Distribution network planning in the power system planning occupies an important position, and a reasonable and reliable planning design can increase the energy transfer efficiency and reduce energy waste. But the distribution network planning actual relates closely to the site conditions. There is no unified theory and method to realize the optimization of distribution network planning. In view of this, this paper proposes a new optimization design for distribution network planning based on adjusting measures to local conditions with comprehensive consideration of safety, reliability, economy, efficiency and incident variable and anti-interference of the distribution networks. The details of this new method are introduced so as to be able to provide theoretical and technical guidance for the distribution network planning optimization design in China.
