污水泵站清污工程车自动化设计与应用

摘要 由于长时间运行泵站集水池内沉淀淤泥占据水池大量空间,减少储水量,堵塞排污泵,从而影响泵站的运行时的排污效果。集水池近于半封壁状态,集水池内有二氧化硫、硫化氢、沼气、一氧化碳、氨气、碳氢化合物等有毒气体。环境易爆,工作人员清理集水池淤泥时极易发生伤亡事故,且工作效率低为此开发和设计一款清污工程车。 As the long-time-running, the mug deposition holds on a large number of space inside pumping station sump, thus this situation caused decreasing in water storage and clogging sewage pump and then affecting the pumping station sewage effect. Sump is in nearly semi-closed state. And there is many toxic gases in the sump, such as sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, biogas, carbon monoxide, ammonia and hydrocarbons. Above gases are easy to lead to an explosion in this environment, factory staff can easily happen casualty accidents while cleaning the sump. To considering unexpected accidents and higher efficiency, it is necessary to develope and design a dredging construction machinery for this purpose.
