本文谈谈对集团公司财务负责人委派制的认识,对该制度在实施过程中存在的问题进行了分析,并就如何完善财务负责人委派制度展开探讨。
In this paper, delegated system of financial administrator of group company was discussed, and problems in the implementation process were analyzed, and how to improve the delegated system of financial administrator was explored.
