本科教学评估信息管理系统建设探析

摘要 高等学校应树立科学发展观,构建本科教学评估长效机制,发挥图书档案系统资源与技术优势,建立本科教学工作水平评估信息管理系统。其目的是真正贯彻"以评促改,以评促建,以评促管,评建结合,重在建设"的原则,将教学评估的标准贯彻在日常本科教学管理工作中,使评估材料建档工作标准化、规范化、制度化、经常化、现代化。本文以清华同方TPI数据库建设与管理系统为例,介绍了建立本科教学工作水平评估信息管理系统的方法与步骤。 Colleges and universities should establish the scientific concept of development and a long-term mechanism of undergraduate teaching assessment, make use of record system resources and the advantages of technology, and build the undergraduate teaching level assessment information management system. Its purpose is to truly implement the principle of "promoting the change by assessment, promoting the construction by assessment, promoting the management by assessment, combining the assessment and construction, focusing on construction", carry out the standard of teaching into the daily work of the undergraduate teaching and management so as to make the work of building assessment records standard, normal, institutional, regular and modem. This paper takes Tsinghua Tongfang's TPI database construction and management system for example, describes the methods and steps of the establishment of undergraduate teaching level assessment information management system.
