摘要
学籍档案是学生在学校学习、实验和社会实践等项活动中直接形成的,对学校、社会和个人具有保存、证明、使用价值的历史真实记录。随着计算机、网络新技术的迅猛发展和办公自动化的在管理中应用,高校学籍档案管理也迎来了新的机遇和挑战。作者通过多年的学籍管理工作,提出了自己对档案信息化建设和学籍档案管理的意见和看法,旨在与同行们共同探讨出成人教育学籍档案管理的新方法和新路子。
The enrollment files is formed in students＇ activities of learning in school, experiment and social practice, and it is the true record of the history which has the value of preservation, proof and use for schools, society and personal. With the rapid development of the computer, new network technology and application of office automation in management, university roll archives management is also ushered in new opportunities and challenges. Through years of enrollment management, the author puts forward own opinions and views of the archives information construction and student records management, aims to explore new methods and new ways of adult education enrollment records management withcolleagues.
